TARGETED GROUND BREAKING: April 29, 2011

Building a Real Baseball Field

The Dream:
To Build a Miracle League Baseball Field Because “Every One Deserves A Chance To Play Baseball.”

The Goal:
To Raise Enough Money To Build The Baseball field and To Maintain the Field In The Future.

To dream about building a baseball field for children with special needs, a place where every one can play and be part of a team, is a good thing But children can’t really play in another person’s dream. Real Children Can Only Play On A Real Baseball Field.

It’s great that adults have great memories of their own childhood, but really, what’s better – memories of our own childhood or the opportunity to build something that will give children great memories of their childhood?

Teamwork

From now through Thanksgiving 2010, we are stepping up our effort to raise the needed funds to build the field. While It may be extremely optimistic to target the end of November to raise everything to build the field, we have to step up our game and to hustle if we want to meet our targeted date to break ground: April 29, 2011.

The children and their families and the buddies who will use this field will watch us work to achieve this goal. They will be also observe how we accomplish this goal. We want children to see the adults in our community work together as a team, with enthusiasm and excitement. And we want children to know that every one wanted to build a baseball field … just for them … because they are important.

We Need Your Help

Enthusiastically, we are asking you to consider making a donation? Would you willing to ask others to also make a donation? 5 people? 100 people?

Every donation takes us one step closer to Opening Day of the First Season of the Miracle League of Plymouth, a baseball field where real children will be part of a real baseball team.

Thank you,
The Miracle League of Plymouth Team
